The New York Times has published its list of best-selling business books for August, 2022. Yes, Atomic Habits by James Clear is still, yet again, at the top spot
Yet again…still…for such a long time now…the #1 book on the list is Atomic Habits by James Clear. It is a very good book; truly helpful and useful. Read my blog post about this book here: Atomic Habits by James Clear – My Six Lessons and Takeaways.
Of the ten books on this month’s list, I have presented synopses of five of these books at the First Friday Book Synopsis, based in Dallas – Atomic Habits, Dare to Lead, Outliers, Extreme Ownership, andPrinciples for Dealing with the Changing World Order. And my former colleague, Karl Krayer, presented one other – Thinking, Fast and Slow.
And, I will be presenting The End pf the World is Just the Beginning at the September First Friday Book Synopsis.
So, of these ten best sellers, we will have presented synopses of seven of them by the first week of September.
As I have written frequently, not all best sellers are worthy of your time. And not all books worthy of your time are best sellers. But, of these six that we have already presented, I can say with confidence that if you read them all, you would learn, your horizons would \be expanded, and you would be better equipped to tackle the business and personal productivity challenges of the moment.
Here are the ten books on this month’s New York Times list of best-selling business books. Click over to their site for links to reviews of two of the books.
